Exchange Timeline:

  • Inform us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Ship the product back within 7 business days.
  • We will dispatch the altered item within 7 business days of receiving it.

Damaged Products – Return / Exchange

To report a damaged item:
📦 Share a complete unboxing video (from package opening to clearly showing the issue).

If approved, we will arrange a return or exchange within 7 business days.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a product is verified as damaged via a complete unboxing video, a coupon code refund will be issued to your Vidyaapeeth Prakashan account for use in your next purchase.

Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Replacement and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement and exchange policy.
If the request is accepted, the replacement product will be delivered within 5 days.

Refund Policy

If a return and refund is approved, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
